One of the mandates of an institution of higher learning like DHVSU is to provide relevant quality education to its clienteles not only in the province of Pampanga but also to its neighboring provinces in Region III.
From June 2007 to May 2008,Dr. Laura Miriam B. Buenviaje, the Vice President for Academic Affairs stood as the Concurrent Dean of the then Institute of Arts and Sciences. The offering of Business Studies courses was taken care of by the said institute since then.
From June 2008 to July 31, 2009, Dr. Yolanda E. Crisostomo was designated as the Dean of the Institute of Arts and Sciences of which the Business Studies courses were under its umbrella. From August 1, 2009 to August 22, 2009, the Institute of Business Studies was for a while headed by Ms. Mina G. Galura.
From August 23, 2009 to March 31, 2010, Dr. Luis M. Lansang, Director of Finance and Budget Management took over as Concurrent Dean of the College of Business Studies. From June 2010 to August 2012, Engr. Rohel S. Serrano, Vice President for Finance and Auxiliary Services was assigned as Concurrent Dean, with full time and part time committed faculty members, who were mostly MBA degree holders.
From September 2012 to presents, Mr. Luisito B. Reyes is appointed as the Dean of the College of Business Studies.
